Podina Chutney with Home-made Yogurt
It became necessary to prepare a Chutney recipe that was not designed earlier in this world. So we used home-made Yogurt with a curing time of 48 hours (not fermented anywhere). Mint (Podina), Coriander (Dhanya) along with a tomato, dried garlic & green chili were blended with the yogurt, and Anar Dana (dried Pomegranate seeds), salt, Zeera (Cumin seeds), Sumaaq & grated Coconut were also added. Chutney with a beautiful taste, providing a very quick digestion, a must with Pakoras & Thareed.
